Description:

Located right in the heart of Tanunda, this "picture book" BnB is a magical escape for lovers and romantics. You will find all the luxuries in these two self-contained apartments. "The Cottage" has two bedrooms, spa bath, log fire, reverse cycle air conditioning for comfort all year around. "The Studio" also has a spa bath in the bathroom, one queen bedroom, reverse cycle air-conditioning and a clever kitchen-in-a-cupboard. Provisions are left for cooked breakfasts. It's only a minutes walk to the main street with its shops, cafes, craft works, restaurants and the Visitor Centre. For those taking a longer break, there is off street undercover parking and a guests laundry. Come, "bill and coo" at the Dove Cote.

Cancellations:

Strict cancellation policies apply. Any cancellation will incur a $30 (incl GST) cancellation fee. Cancellations notified more than 28 days and less then 14 days prior to the booking may receive a refund once a replacement booking of equal or greater value is secured. Cancellation 14 days or less prior to the arrival date will forfeit the full payment. Any other changes to booking dates will incur a $30 amendment fee. No changes may be made less than 14 days prior to the arrival date.

Cleanliness		The Dove Cote was a fantastic get away - we didn't have to speak to anyone, just had to turn up and enjoy our time alone together, making good use of the spa bath, television and kitchen. Would highly recommend this self-contained cottage to anyone, though we didn't realise the 'studio' was actually in the same building, there was no problem with this at all. Cleanliness		We absolutely loved this gem of a B&B - so clean and immacuately maintained, had all the comforts of home and more! Even though we had our children with us, we had a wonderful relaxing time - they loved the doves and water feature in the garden and we all loved the spa, the breakfast provisions and the complimentary lollies! Cleanliness		really enjoyed the accomodation at Dove Cote. The food was superb, and just had to take the rest of the Orange Juice and the bread with us. I thought the mushrooms were potatoes - big surprise the next morning!!! Loved the Clubhouse. I had prawns the first night and Fish the second. Trish had fish then a vegie noodle dish. All washed down with excelent wines at a great price. We ate at the bar the first nite and in the restaurant, the second. Both friendly and comfortable. Your children were right, They were great chips (tho some of the staff disagreed!!) Thanks to them. Enjoyed being able to work around the town. Visited nearby Angaston as well. Loved the Spa bath, the bed was very comfortable and the coffee a hit!!! So quiet and comfy just sitting watching Tele or reading. And the doves were lovely!!! My husband and i have stayed there before and loved it then too (hence the reason for coming back) It does seem however to have changed a little bit since our last stay (mind you that was 5 years ago). I am not sure if new owners have taken over? Either way, for my mind the best BnB in Barossa. Small note - We felt the breakfast provided had reduced since our last stay. Cleanliness		Our stay at the Dovecote was a great experience. We booked in on a cold weekend, and did some winetasting in the local wineries before returning to the warmth of our cottage. We had booked dinner at a restaurant but the comforts of the Dovecote beckoned and we settled on a quick meal at the Tanunda Hotel which was 5 minutes walk away. The cottage was very clean had everything we wanted and the breakfast supplies were more then ample. We will stay here again. To have a curtain there would have been great.
