It is an ideal location - there are 5 winery cellar doors within two kilometres! While located at a quintessential Barossa address, Lochnagar is named after a mountain on the Royal Estate at Balmoral in north-east Scotland, close to the owners residence. Each of the bedrooms has its own ensuite bathroom. There are two queen bedrooms (one with a spa) plus a third bedroom with two singles. Your accommodation features all modern facilities including ducted reverse cycle air conditioning for year round comfort. The full kitchen has stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher. The spacious living/entertainment area, with wide screen television and surround sound, opens on to a paved courtyard and sweeping lawns. There is secure garaging for two cars. The laundry is fully equipped. Ideal for corporate accommodation in the Barossa, Lochnagar is also available for short notice group bookings. Strict cancellation policies apply. Cancellations notified more than 28 days prior to the booking will incur a $30 (incl GST) cancellation fee. Cancellations notified 28 days or less and more than 14 days prior to arrival date will forfeit the full deposit paid or 50 % of the total booking whichever is less. Cancellation 14 days or less prior to the arrival date will forfeit all monies paid. Any other changes to booking dates will incur a $30 amendment fee. No changes may be made less than 14 days prior to the arrival date. The administration fee on refunds is AU$30.00

Children & Extra Guest Policy:

With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, up to 4 extra guests can be accommodated in comfort. Because of the high level of finish in this 4.5 STAR property, it is not suitable for small children. Please advise total number of guests at time of booking so that adequate arrangements can be made for your stay.

Reception Information:

If you book for 2 adults it is assumed that you are a couple sharing a bed. If you book for 4 it is assumed you will only be using 2 beds and bathrooms. If this is not the case, please indicate on the booking request. When extra beds or bathrooms are used there are additional charges of $50 per extra room used.

Car Parking:

Lock up garaging on site for 2 vehicles.

Getting There:

Lochnagar is in Langmeil Estate, Tanunda. Turn off the main street at the Caltex service station into Para Road. Follow this until it turns left into Langmeil Road. Turn left into Paradale Avenue. Lochnagar is No 20 on the left.

Cleanliness		This is a very comfortable home with everything needed for an enjoyable stay. The only problem was with the bathrooms - they look wonderful but are not very practical in lots of ways - it is quite difficult to step up into the shower/spa in one of the bathrooms. The other queen size ensuite ends up with water all over the floor due to the spray of the water, and also in the twin ensuite the water would spray all over the toilet!
