Cancellations:

Strict cancellation policies apply. Any cancellation will incur a $30 (incl GST) cancellation fee. Cancellations notified more than 28 days and less then 14 days prior to the booking may receive a refund once a replacement booking of equal or greater value is secured. Cancellation 14 days or less prior to the arrival date will forfeit the full payment. Any other changes to booking dates will incur a $30 amendment fee. No changes may be made less than 14 days prior to the arrival date.

The administration fee on refunds is AU$30.00

Cleanliness	Not Rated	We are unable to accurately rate Frieda's Cottage as despite booking (and PAYING IN FULL) five months prior to our visit, two days before arrival we were booted for someone who booked directly with the owner (Fay Falkenberg). We were offered an alternative that was just adequate, but did not have the same features and attractions. We would not have booked the alternate property at the charged rate. Cleanliness		Overall the stay was good. We thought the breakfast provisions were a bit poor compared to a previous property we stayed at in Tanunda. Just supermarket bacon and eggs - compared to the other property which had the lovely smoked bacon from one of the famous German butchers, also tomatoes, mushrooms etc. The other property also had yoghurts, fresh fruit bowl, fresh crusty bread and good assortment of Twinings teas and good quality jams - whilst Friedas Cottage had supermarket sliced bread, ordinary teas and no choice of spreads for toast - only strawberry jam which is Ok if you like it! Cleanliness		Staying in the heart of wine country - Barrosa! Fantastic. Pity that the wine glasses do not match the regions incredibly good wines. You can get appropriate wine glasses very cheaply these days that would suit the wine region we were staying in.
