Seppeltsfield Vineyard Cottage - Seppeltsfield, Barossa
Address:
Lot 4 Gerald Roberts Rd, Seppeltsfield, SA, Australia
Description:
In a delightful vineyard setting with long views to the Barossa Ranges, this 1860s settlers cottage has been fully refurbished to contain all the creature comforts of the 21st Century. Winner of the 2005, 2006 & 2007 South Australian Tourism Awards, the cottage seamlessly combines heritage features with modern luxuries. As you enter you will feel the immediate warmth generated by the ancient timbers and the best in functional antique furniture, helped along by underfloor heating and air conditioning and an open wood fire in winter. The thick stone walls lock out the world when you retire to your magnificent king size cast iron and brass bed. Your ultra swish bathroom has a double shower, underfloor heating, warmed towels plus an antique cast iron claw foot bath. Lie back in the deep bath and take in your private views of the vines through the bathrooms French doors. Unwind while listening to the Bose 3.2.1 entertainment system or bring your iPod - there is a Bose Docking Station provided. Enjoy a perfect coffee made with your Nespresso coffee machine. Relax outside on the wide verandahs, glass in hand, overlooking the cottage gardens and expansive lawns to the vines beyond. Maybe the farmyard geese will wander past. This is paradise.
