Built in the mid 1970's this neat 3 bedroom home has been themed in reminiscent style. Full of bright colours and period knick knacks it specialises in longer stay accommodation. The lounge has a large wide screen HD TV and DVD player and the house has both ducted evaporative cooling and a large reverse cycle air con in the lounge for year round comfort. The bathroom has a seperate shower and bath and the toilet is a seperate room. The laundry has a large front loading machine and ironing equipment. The back yard is fully enclosed so great for kids.

There is 1 single bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and 1 queen bedroom. Maximum number of guests is 5 in total. No baby facilities are provided. All linen is provided but no food.

Please note: Living In The 70's is a NO SMOKING property. Any evidence of smoking indoors will incur an additional cleaning charge of $200.

Cancellations:

Strict cancellation policies apply. Any cancellation will incur a $30 (incl GST) cancellation fee. Cancellations notified less than 28 days and more than 14 days prior to the booking may receive a refund once a replacement booking of equal or greater value is secured. Cancellation 14 days or less prior to the arrival date will forfeit the full payment. Any other changes to booking dates will incur a $30 amendment fee. No changes may be made less than 14 days prior to the arrival date.

The administration fee on refunds is AU$30.00

The rates quoted are per double and extras are charged per person. Sorry, no baby facilities are provided, but children are welcome.

Reception Information:

There is no reception on site so you need to call ahead as per your confirmation email to arrange key collection and check-in. The owners need at least 30 minutes notice to be able to meet you.

Car Parking:

There is ample off street parking for at least 2 cars with 1 of those under cover.

Local Attractions:

Gawler is a large country town with many historic homes and buildings and full shopping facilities. It is also a good base to explore the Barossa and Clare Valley. Gawler is only 45 minutes from the centre of Adelaide.
