This property has steep wooden stairs to the upper level where the lounge area and kitchenette facilities are located.

This property is not suitable for children under the age of 18 years.

It is not suitable for frail or mobility impaired persons.

Strict cancellation policies apply. Cancellations notified more than 28 days prior to the booking will incur a $50 (incl GST) cancellation fee. Cancellations notified 28 days or less and more than 14 days prior to arrival date will receive a partial refund when a replacement booking of equal or greater value is received. Cancellation 14 days or less prior to the arrival date will forfeit all monies paid. Any other changes to booking dates will incur a $50 amendment fee. No changes may be made less than 14 days prior to the arrival date.

Getting There:

From Angaston main street (Murray Street) turn off along Penrice Road (there is a statue of a draught horse and another of a soldier with angel wings on the corner). Travel 2 kilometres up hill and then down hill. Your cottage is number 113 on your left. It has four dormer style windows in the roof.

As my husband & I had the downstairs room and my son & his partner had the upstairs, we didn't feel we could just use the kitchen facilities when we needed due to interfering with their privacy as the loft is open space.
