Terry & Lee Henderson
A fabulous home, had all the facilities that we were looking for. Lovely place to stay, it was a home away from home. From Terry's point of view he was wrapped, it had a secure lock up garage, which suited us as we had our car entered in the Monaro Nationals. Overall a great place to stay and we highly recommend it.
There should be a flood light for outside and a covered area to cook the BBQ when the weather is bad.
Also the third bedroom single beds should be a queen.
Mains pressure hot water system would make showers more enjoyable

Thankyou for your feedback from your third visit to Lochnagar Barossa. There is a floodlight that lights up the outdoor pergola covered living area. The BBQ can be used in the garage in inclement weather. The third bedroom is set up with two single beds to accommodate twin share or children. The water system is mains pressure. We look forward to your next stay!
Our 3rd visit. This venue is everything we desire for a relaxing break. Additionally Tanunda has everything to complement a perfect holiday. Highly recommended. (But not when we want to use it!!)

Lovely to have you with us again. Hope to see you next year.
We stayed for 2 nights. The property is exceptionally clean and has absolutely everything you need plus more. It feels like your own house. We were greeted by Maureen who was very helpful, kind and welcoming. Perfect place to stay
Fantastic stay for 3 couples. Everything you need and more in a lovely welcoming house. Only issues were no Broadband connection left to use(end of month run out?) and lack of adequate shower screening meanining very wet bathroom floors. Otherwise a terrific place to stay.

Thanks for your review - Yes with three ensuite bathrooms, Lochnagar Barossa is ideal for three couples. The wireless Broadband is only new and it seems we have not got the security set up correctly. Seems like one of our neigbours has hacked in and used up all our download!
Lochnagar was a great choice for our two adult children, their partners and us. It was spacious and well equipped.
Some things to connsider.
The wood burning fire would have to have one of the smallest fireboxes on the market.Luckily it wasn't that cold and there is very effective alternative heating.
I agree with other guest comments I'd read about the showers. The tap in the queen size, front bedroom actually came off in my hand. in
Given the luxury of Lochnagar I would have expected the breakfast provisions while very generous, to have been a bit more upmarket.
I loved our stay! The house is beautiful with beautiful gardens, large kitchen and dining and a very relaxing spa. Lots of room for everyone to move and very close to the town and local wineries. It was a very relaxing and fun weekend. Maureen was a pleasure to meet.
we were up at Tanunda for a basketball carnival it was a lovely place to come back to at the end of an exhausting day.
Many thanks to Maureen for her services

the best spot in the Barossa to stay at if you are going to a Day on the Green! Great house for couples with your own bathrooms, and Maureen is most helpful - love the breakfast supplies to cook up storm on the BBQ!
This is a very comfortable home with everything needed for an enjoyable stay.
The only problem was with the bathrooms - they look wonderful but are not very
practical in lots of ways - it is quite difficult to step up into the shower/spa
in one of the bathrooms. The other queen size ensuite ends up with water all
over the floor due to the spray of the water, and also in the twin ensuite the
water would spray all over the toilet! Perhaps shower screens are needed.
However, apart from this, the property was very good.
Lovely executive apartments right near Langmeil and Peter Lehmann. Showers are rather peculiar (but look great!) Great place for 3 couples - with a bathroom per couple!

Glad you liked it - Lochnagar is walking distance to the Para Wine Path that links Langmeil Winery to Peter Lehmann then Richmond Grove and on to Stanley Lambert - four incredible wineries within staggering distance!
